MEET THE TEAM

GORDON BATEMAN - MANAGING DIRECTOR

The launch of Complete Resourcing was motivated by Gordon’s passion for developing and growing businesses.

With over 22 years working with investors and companies across a range of sectors, Gordon is also experienced as a mentor and coach.

Over the last 12 months, Gordon has built key relationships with a small number of best-of-breed partners to allow Complete Resourcing to broaden our service offerings, providing a more comprehensive service to our customers.

In addition to developing and managing Complete Resourcing, Gordon still has a hands-on role in delivering assignments. Covering everything from management, due-diligence, assessment, organisational design and recruitment of C-Level and non-executive directors, Gordon can boast a 100% track record for successful delivery.

SARAH MYCROFT - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Complete Resourcing’s second founder, Sarah has over 20 years of management experience in the hi-tech industries.

With a strong background in project and programme management, she is also responsible for ensuring that all assignments are delivered on time and project reporting is completed and delivered in line with the milestones.

HAZEL PARROCK - PARTNER

Hazel joined Complete Resourcing with over 20 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Consulting with an emphasis on commercially focused roles across the spectrum, from blue chips to startups in a range of market sectors.

She sees communication as key and is passionate about getting under the skin of every client, building relationships to understand what makes them tick and to equip her to deliver the very best people for each business.

As part of the Complete Resourcing team, she is excited to be helping build high-growth businesses, game changers, cool vendors, the best new places to be and developing international reach across the USA and EMEA.

IAN ASHFORTH - SENIOR CONSULTANT

Ian developed most of his career in finance with both large and early-stage businesses before moving into recruitment in 2008.

Since joining the business, Ian has developed an exceptional capability for sourcing candidates, delivering complex recruitment assignments in both life science and ICT markets.

Ian has a strong track record recruiting at all levels and has built a reputation for excellence in delivery, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.Ian’s strong attention-to-detail and his ability to quickly understand the specific requirements of clients means that he has consistently recruited high-calibre individuals who have added real value to our clients and their investors.

More recently Ian has played a key role in managing a large part of a Recruitment Process Outsource, where over the past 12 months we have successfully recruited in excess of 150 scientists for one of the UK’s fastest growing life sciences businesses.

RICK TURNER - SENIOR CONSULTANT

Rick is a digital specialist, with over 14 years’ experience in helping innovative, creative businesses across the UK grow.

Rick has deep sector knowledge within the digital arena, especially with understanding new digital technologies and their implications, and is widely networked.

He uses his expertise to connect his clients with just the right individual who can make a significant impact on their business growth.

JACK EVANS – Senior Consultant

Jack joined Complete Resourcing after having direct experience working in recruitment and wanting to have a more substantial impact on the development and growth of businesses. Jack focuses on providing a personable approach when working with start-ups and SMEs and understands that no two companies are the same, and he treats them as such.

Having developed significantly in his first year, Jack has the proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, without compromising quality.

Working in a number of sectors, from MedTech, and Life Sciences, to Healthcare and Artificial Intelligence, Jack is adaptable and knows the importance of understanding the client requirements; because of this, Jack prides himself on getting under the skin of their unique needs.

Sebastian Kerridge – Consultant

Sebastian joined Complete Resourcing through our graduate scheme and has rapidly progressed into a top-flight consultant. He has played a key role in the successful delivery of a number of high-profile assignments which include recruiting Non-Executive Directors/Chairman and C-level executives.

He has developed a reputation for excellent customer engagement, quickly understanding the exact requirements of the business and developing long-term relationships based on successful delivery.

Sebastian has a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and uses his knowledge of organisational design, personnel selection, managing performance and workplace optimisation to assist his clients in creating the best management teams and company structures.

SAMANTHA CLARKE – CONSULTANT

Sam studied politics at university and has a background in project management and implementing ISO systems. As a consultant, she now uses these skills to make sure that all the projects she works on are delivered to a very high quality and a tight timescale. She has a track record of successful delivery, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sam specializes in life sciences, medical devices and engineering projects, and has the ability to convey the benefits of complex technologies clearly and compellingly to individuals who could help these companies along their journey.

She is dedicated and tenacious and does not stop until she finds the perfect match for the clients that she works with.

Andrew Lenk – Consultant

 

Andy is now a consultant at Complete Resourcing, having first joined as part of our Industrial Placement scheme. Having helped a number of early stage tech companies achieve accelerated growth, with particular emphasis on building key sales teams from scratch, integrity and long-term vision for growth are what drives the quality of his work. Andy has a strong track record in a variety of sectors including new technology, software, customer insights, to name a few.

He has developed a reputation for his ability to quickly understand and uncover key client requirements, complex technology, and really embeds himself into his clients’ businesses resulting in the highest quality output, and long-lasting relationships.

ANALYSTS & RESEARCHERS

Our team of analysts and researchers come from a variety of backgrounds, including our intake for our structured graduate training programme.

They work closely with the delivery consultants on a range of assignments conducting market research, analysis, candidate sourcing and implementation.

In addition (as with all our consultants) each analyst or researcher takes ownership of internal projects to ensure we are continually developing and enhancing our services in line with the needs of our clients and the market.
